The Rustikal Winery, an important part of the hotel premises, was founded in 2007. It focuses on production of quality wine based on grapes by selected wine-growers. Careful treatment of grapes using the technology of controlled fermentation brings the distinctive nature and taste of our wine. The quality is guaranteed by Daniel Vodák, the hotel owner and wine maker.
All winery production is assigned only for the hotel consumption. The wine can only be tasted and bought at the hotel. The assortment includes about 15 wine variants of different vintage; we have dry wine as well as semisweet one.
The winery is located 150 m far from the main hotel building, in a quaint cellar street. Our guests are welcomed to take a tour through the winery and see modern technology, accompanied with an expert commentary and tasting of selected wines. There are two old-time cellars, originated in the 16th century. One is used for wine production and storage, the other for wine consumption. The cellar capacity is 90 seats, yet there is a possibility of extra seats in the press room. The total capacity then is 130 seats, suitable for any company event or private party.
